New York Presbyterian, Primary and Multispecialty Care Facility 502 86th Street, Brooklyn, NY

This off-campus healthcare facility in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, NY spans three floors, bringing advanced clinical care into the heart of the community. We built this adaptive-reuse project to house a full range of shielded clinical spaces, including a scintigraphy room (part of the facility’s nuclear medicine capability) and radiology imaging rooms. These are supported by multiple examination rooms spread across two full floors, plus back-of-house staff space and the patient-facing spaces that shape the arrival experience: a dedicated first-floor entrance lobby, reception, waiting areas and elevator lobbies.

Spaces like these leave no margin for error: we built each one to the exacting tolerances that advanced diagnostic and imaging equipment demands, with a thorough command of healthcare compliance throughout.
