The tenant brought limited prior experience with construction projects, so close coordination with the ownership team became central to the process. Regular walkthroughs and plain-language explanations of scope and sequencing helped the tenant understand each phase of the build, ensuring the finished space matched their day-to-day needs rather than just the drawings.
