This body of work is part of a relationship with the building that spans nearly a decade. Since 2016, we’ve delivered 30 restroom renovations alongside a series of full-floor, multi-tenant build-outs, with scope varying from floor to floor: accent stairs, folding operable partitions, wood and metal-mesh ceilings, polished concrete floors and custom acoustical treatments.
