• Plan and supervise daily field operations, ensuring all activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and company standards
• Monitor subcontractor performance to maintain quality workmanship and adherence to contract documents, promptly addressing deficiencies and implementing corrective actions
• Coordinate work scopes, material deliveries, and trade sequencing to maintain schedule integrity and minimize disruptions
• Implement and maintain the project schedule and three week lookahead, ensuring critical path activities and milestones are achieved on or ahead of planned dates
• Prepare accurate daily logs, field reports, and as-built documentation using Procore and other project management tools, ensuring timely and complete recordkeeping
• Enforce company safety protocols through daily inspections, toolbox talks, and proper use of personal protective equipment, fostering a culture of safety on site
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively, providing solutions that maintain progress and minimize impact on cost and schedule
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, schedule updates, and field conditions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site that reflects company standards and promotes productivity and safety
