Ownership of the project schedule; Sub contractor coordination; Effectively communicate the project schedule and the work plan to all trades on a daily basis

Develop look ahead schedules and implement plan to meet same

Direct and supervise the day-to-day activities of the field labor force

Supervise, monitor, and inspect all subcontractors work to ensure the highest quality, with best practice means and methods and in full compliance with the latest contract documents.

Communicate and enforce conceptcsi’s safety and health management program including daily inspections and tool box meetings

Coordinate with the site safety consultant and implement site safety plan

Assist PM on scope review in pre-con phase.

Proactively address issues/problems, plan and implement any corrective/remedial action.

Communicate closely with the Project Manager and client / design team to ensure close collaboration

Co-chair (with PM) weekly construction meetings with sub-contractors, team

Document all field changes and as-built conditions and communicate same to relevant parties

Utilize “Procore” (conceptcsi’s project management software) to the fullest extent ensuring all daily logs etc. are up to date at all times.
