• Ownership of the project schedule; Sub contractor coordination; Effectively communicate the project schedule and the work plan to all trades on a daily basis

• Develop look ahead schedules and implement plan to meet same

• Direct and supervise the day-to-day activities of the field labor force

• Supervise, monitor, and inspect all subcontractors work to ensure the highest quality, with best practice means and methods and in full compliance with the latest contract documents.

• Communicate and enforce conceptcsi’s safety and health management program including daily inspections and tool box meetings

• Coordinate with the site safety consultant and implement site safety plan

• Assist PM on scope review in pre-con phase.

• Proactively address issues/problems, plan and implement any corrective/remedial action.

• Communicate closely with the Project Manager and client / design team to ensure close collaboration

• Co-chair (with PM) weekly construction meetings with sub-contractors, team

• Document all field changes and as-built conditions and communicate same to relevant parties

• Utilize “Procore” (conceptcsi’s project management software) to the fullest extent ensuring all daily logs etc. are up to date at all times.
