500 Park, 9th Floor, New York, NY 

The 9th floor was a pre-build space that required careful demolition to preserve elements of the landmark building’s original design. The build-out features a mix of private offices and conference rooms with high-end continuous concealed lighting throughout.

The floor also includes a spacious full-service pantry with bench seating and decorative mural walls. In the open areas, pop-up ceilings were incorporated to enhance the already generous floor plate, with millwork-clad columns tying the design together.
