This financial firm fit-out spanned the full floor: 13 private offices, three conference rooms and a full boardroom. The most demanding work came after the interior was finished and ready for occupancy, when three new windows were added to the scope and had to be installed. Providing safe fall protection meant disassembling the ceiling grid, and once the windows were in, we repaired every interior finish and returned the space to a dust-free condition. Throughout the build, we worked in close coordination with the tenant’s IT team, who were on site alongside us installing the open-area workstations.
