On this interior build-out project, we delivered a striking, contemporary workspace. Newly constructed restrooms and a refreshed elevator set the tone the moment you arrive. Refined finishes carry throughout, with suspended grid ceilings defining the primary work area, while the pantry opens to an exposed ceiling for a more casual, social feel, creating a deliberate rhythm between focused work zones and informal gathering spaces. A private roof terrace with outdoor seating extends the usable footprint and brings in natural light and fresh air. We completed it all in 12 weeks, a testament to our team’s precise scheduling and coordination across trades, without compromising the quality of the finished space.
