At the New York Times Building, we installed new exterior security bollards at the building entrances, carefully coordinated with the existing vaults beneath the sidewalk. The work demanded precise planning and sequencing to fit the bollard foundations within the vault constraints, and to do it at one of Midtown Manhattan’s most recognized addresses without disrupting daily operations.
